The muk mat caravan step mat is specifically designed to fit on the inner step of your caravan so you can wipe the muk straight from your feet before hopping inside. 

** Please measure your step to ensure it is the correct size for your van...otherwise get in touch to organise a customised step mat.

The caravan step mat removes muk from your feet and shoes with sheer ease thanks to its:

  • 40mm state-of-the-art Polyethylene multi-filament yarn that combines the plushest and longest blades available to give you the softest experience underfoot,
  • 100% woven Polypropylene design that looks good and feels even better, and
  • UV protected materials, however, avoid long exposure to direct sunlight to prevent overheating
  • If using on a slippery surface, non slip mesh recommended underneath.

The muk mat also bears maximum water resistance capabilities so you can leave it outside on your caravan step all night long.

When you’re packing up and heading home, simply give your muk mat a quick shake and rinse if needed, then store out of direct sunlight to prevent overheating.

Where is my item being shipped from?

In order to provide the largest range and the most comprehensive delivery we hold warehouses in multiple states across Australia including Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.

Please be advised that when ordering multiple items they may come from different warehouses and with different couriers. You will be sent multiple tracking numbers if this is the case.


When will my item be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched each weekday from our warehouses across Australia.

Your order will generally be dispatched within 1-3 business days of order placement. Certain 'big-brand' appliances can take longer to dispatch as we often source these directly from the manufacturer. Please allow up to 5 business days for these.


How long will it take to get to me?

As a general rule, if you live in or near a capital city in Victoria or New South Wales you will usually receive your order within 1 week.

Alternatively if you live in or near a capital city in Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, or the Northern Territory you will receive your order within 1-2 weeks. Delivery to regional and remote areas can take a little longer, however usually no longer than 18 business days.

What day/time will it be delivered?


Unfortunately, we can't give you an exact day and time your order will arrive as this will be determined by the courier's transit times and trucking schedules.


Will I get a tracking number?


Consignment tracking details will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. You will be able to track your order through the carrier's website.


The expected delivery time given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons outside our control. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.


Can I leave a note for the courier?

Yes. During the checkout process you can leave a note which will be added to the delivery instructions for you order.


Please note: After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will need to call the courier directly on the numbers provided above to add any notes to your order.


Can the courier call me before delivery?

As some of the couriers we use are contractors, there is no guarantee they will have the facilities to call you the day of delivery. Your best bet is to leave a note to call you during checkout anyway. Or alternatively, have your item shipped to your work address where someone will be available to sign for it.


What if no one is home to receive my order?

If no-one is home and there is a secure and dry place to leave your order, then the driver may leave your item(s). If there's no safe place they will leave a calling card and you can call them to arrange a re-delivery date.


In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us due to there being an inaccurate address or it being rejected by a receiver, our customer service representative will contact you via email. A re-delivery cost may occur for any products that are returned to us due to incomplete addresses.


Can you deliver to my postcode?

Most items on Warehouse Bargains can be shipped to most areas of Australia. Unfortunately, there are some restrictions with bulky items that we aren't able to ship to the postcodes highlighted below, as well as certain other regional areas, depending on the size and weight of the item.

Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?

Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouses to ensure our distribution centres can dispatch all goods efficiently at all times.

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-21 days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at . If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
